KINDLY NOTE
• Total cost is based on the number of adults and kids.
• Kids below 3 years are accommodated free of charge, Kids between 3-12yrs sharing with adults will be charged 50% of the adult accommodation rate. Kids in their own room will be charged 80% of the adult accommodation rate while kids above 12 years are considered as adults hence charge full adult rate applies.
• Single/Non-resident supplements will apply.
• Check in is at noon and check out is at 10 am.
• Bookings will be confirmed once 50% payments have been made.
• The rate is based on the said date of travel and MAY change with the alteration of the date.

Booking & Payment Terms
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations. • The balance must be settled no later than 30 days prior to the travel date. • Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment upon confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• 0–7 days before travel or no-show: 100% of total booking. • 8–14 days before travel: 75% of total booking. • 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total booking. • 31–60 days before travel: 25% of total booking. • Above 60 days: Free cancellation or minimal admin fee
Note: Specific hotel, lodge, and airline cancellation policies may apply in addition to the above.
AMENDMENTS
• Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs depending on supplier policies.
REFUNDS
• No refunds will be made for any unused portions of the tour once the itinerary has commenced.

• Mezznan Tours & Travel Ltd acts solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, lodges, and transport providers and shall not be held responsible for loss, injury, delay, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our control.
• Travelers are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, and loss of property.
FORCE MAJEURE
• Mezznan Tours & Travel Ltd reserves the right to adjust itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, flight disruptions, political instability, or other force majeure events.
